What is CanDo?

The CanDo community is a space to:

• Build understanding of challenges in delivering high quality, timely and equitable cancer care
• Work together to design and test ideas that could make care better
• Support evaluation of possible solutions

The community is for those interested in improving and innovating in how cancer care is organised and delivered. It’s for:

• Members of multi-disciplinary teams involved in breast, bowel, oesophageal or lung cancer care
• Operational and clinical leads, including trust staff, those from Cancer Alliances, and those with policy responsibilities
• Data and analytics staff, including those involved in national cancer audits and local data

Patients and the public are represented through a dedicated group on CanDo.  

Though initially focusing on four cancer types, CanDo will expand over time.
